Gallbladder is a bag like structure which collects and stores bile .bile is a fluid responsible for breakdown of fats in food.so as there will be insufficient bile in case of gallbladder removed.it is difficult for food to get digested. No worries.u have to avoid maida ,meat and other fried food which is difficult to digest. Drink plenty of water.
