Hi Nicki, Can you tell me if the stomach pain and nausea worsen after eating certain foods, or if it is more related to stress or time of day? Are you also experiencing bloating, acid reflux, or any changes in your bowel movements? Do you feel more fatigued than usual? In Ayurveda, these symptoms could indicate an imbalance in Pitta dosha, leading to digestive discomfort and inflammation. I recommend using Triphala for gentle detox and improving digestion. Aloe Vera juice and Cumin can help soothe the stomach lining. A diet focused on light, warm, and easily digestible foods, like soups and stews, may also support healing. You may want to consult an Ayurvedic practitioner for a more personalized approach based on your condition.
