I am really curious about sambrani dhoop because I've been hearing a lot about its benefits lately from both friends and some traditional healers. Last week, I went to this festival where they were burning it, and the fragrance was just so calming! I’ve been dealing with this ongoing stress and some respiratory issues, and I've read that sambrani dhoop can help clear the air and also support emotional well-being. But, honestly, I also worry if it's safe to use regularly. My cousin told me it can be awesome for purifying the home, but I wonder, what is sambrani dhoop really made of? Are there different types? I mean, is it okay to use in small spaces like my apartment or will it be too overwhelming? I even considered getting some for my meditation practice but don't want to mess anything up! Sambrani dhoop, also known as benzoin resin, is a natural aromatic resin obtained from the Styrax benzoin tree, mainly found in Southeast Asia.
