How much time will it take to cure nail psoriasis and scalf psoriasis. How many days one should follow diet. Will psoriasis can affect inside the ear till the nose.

Hello Vanshika,Psoriasis, especially nail and scalp psoriasis, can be challenging to manage but can show improvement with consistent Ayurvedic treatment, dietary modifications, and lifestyle changes. For a 7-year-old, gentle, age-appropriate Ayurvedic therapies and a specific diet are key. Healing time varies, but noticeable improvement in symptoms may begin within 2-3 months, though longer adherence—potentially up to 6-12 months—is often necessary for sustained results. In Ayurveda, psoriasis is often linked to imbalances in Vata and Kapha doshas along with blood impurities (rakta dhatu), so treatment focuses on detoxification, diet, and herbal remedies like Gandhaka Rasayana, Khadira, and Turmeric. Dietary guidelines, such as avoiding sour, spicy, fried, and fermented foods, should be followed consistently, as these aggravate the symptoms. Warm, light foods that support digestion and herbs to purify the blood and soothe inflammation are beneficial. Psoriasis can indeed affect areas like the scalp and occasionally spread to the skin in the ears or even near the nose, as it may expand to sensitive skin areas. Regularly applying medicated oils like Jathyadi Taila and cleansing the affected areas can help manage these patches effectively.

How to prevent hair fall, dandruff, itchy scalp and also ways to delay ageing and have beautiful skin

At 43 years old, addressing hair fall, dandruff, an itchy scalp, and the desire to delay aging while enhancing skin health can be effectively approached through Ayurvedic principles. Hair fall and dandruff often indicate an imbalance in the Pitta and Kapha doshas, leading to issues like excess heat and moisture in the body. To promote healthy hair and scalp, consider incorporating Amla (Indian gooseberry), known for its nourishing and rejuvenating properties, into your diet or as a topical application. Regular use of Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) and Neem (Azadirachta indica) can also help soothe the scalp and reduce dandruff. For preventing aging and enhancing skin beauty, a diet rich in antioxidants is crucial. Include foods like berries, green leafy vegetables, and nuts, along with plenty of water to maintain hydration. Turmeric (Curcuma longa) can be beneficial for its anti-inflammatory and anti-aging properties. Applying natural oils, such as coconut oil or jojoba oil, can provide deep nourishment to both your hair and skin. In addition to dietary changes, gentle yoga and regular exercise can improve blood circulation, which is essential for healthy hair and skin. Consider incorporating a daily routine of Abhyanga (self-massage with warm oils) to promote relaxation and rejuvenation. To provide more personalized recommendations, it would be helpful to know if you have any specific medical conditions, ongoing treatments, or allergies. Additionally, if you have undergone any tests related to your hair or skin health, please share those results.

Does ayurveda have permanent treatment for macular amyloidosis. I have dark patches on my back from past many years. Dermatologist told me that it is not curable.please let me know if it has permanent solution.

Macular amyloidosis is a condition characterized by the deposition of amyloid proteins in the skin, leading to dark patches, often in areas of friction. While conventional dermatological approaches may indicate that it is not curable, Ayurveda offers holistic treatments aimed at managing the condition and improving skin health. In Ayurveda, treatment focuses on balancing the doshas, detoxifying the body, and enhancing overall vitality. Herbs such as Neem and Turmeric can be beneficial for their anti-inflammatory and skin-healing properties. Additionally, Triphala may help in detoxification and improving skin texture. Ayurvedic therapies, including Panchakarma (detoxification treatments), can also help in addressing underlying imbalances in the body. While results can vary and a permanent cure may not be guaranteed, many patients experience significant improvement in their skin condition and overall well-being with a dedicated Ayurvedic approach. It is essential to consult with a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner for a personalized treatment plan, which may include dietary adjustments, herbal supplements, and topical applications tailored to your specific needs. Regular follow-up and lifestyle changes can further enhance the results and quality of life.

I am suffering from skin allergy since last 6 months. As per report Esr is High . Medicine are not much effective. Is it possible to cure in ayurveda?

Hello Kiya, What kind of skin Allergy do you have? Can you please elaborate the symptoms like dryness, burning sensation, itching? Yours looks like a case of chronic inflammation, and it can be very well reversed with Ayurveda. Start following a scientific diet by avoiding all outside food processed, tried, preserved, fermented, non-veg food, dairy, and packaged food. Choose to eat, home-made freshly cooked plant-based food. Do not over eat or eat, eat, according to your appetite. Drink water boiled with half teaspoon full of Guduchi powder (medication) in 2 L water, throughout the day instead of normal water. This will help in reducing the inflammation, but you have to do it, for not more than 10 to 15 days. This will help reduce inflammation. I am not able to suggest you more medication because you haven’t mentioned what kind of energy you have.

Dark spots and acne

Hair too dandruff, skin was too oily, And whites headache , problem was long time , used lot of medicine but not working

To address your concerns about dark spots, acne, dandruff, oily skin, and headaches, it’s important to take a holistic Ayurvedic approach. The combination of oily skin and dandruff often indicates an imbalance in the body's doshas, particularly excess Pitta (heat) and Kapha (congestion). Begin by focusing on a balanced diet rich in fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, while avoiding spicy, oily, and processed foods that can aggravate these conditions. Incorporate cooling herbs such as Aloe Vera and Tulsi (Holy Basil) to help soothe the skin and reduce inflammation. Neem is another powerful herb that can help purify the blood and combat acne; you can use it in the form of capsules or as a paste applied to the affected areas. For dandruff, consider using a hair oil infused with Brahmi or Amla, which nourishes the scalp and balances oil production. Additionally, regular use of a gentle exfoliating scrub made from chickpea flour (besan) mixed with yogurt can help remove dead skin cells and reduce acne. To alleviate headaches, ensure you stay hydrated, practice stress management techniques like yoga or meditation, and consider herbal teas with ginger or peppermint for relief. It’s essential to be consistent with these remedies and give them some time to show results, as holistic treatments often work gradually.

I HV pimple in my right side cheek only

My hair is falling since last one year, I don't know why it is not getting better and I have white hats and pimples on my right side cheek and only on one side.and I have stomach problem also

It sounds like you're experiencing multiple issues, including hair loss, pimples on your right cheek, and stomach problems, which can be interconnected in Ayurveda. Hair loss may be linked to factors such as stress, hormonal changes, or nutritional deficiencies. To promote hair health, consider using nourishing oils like Bhringraj or Amla oil for scalp massages, as they strengthen hair follicles. Ensure your diet includes nutrient-rich foods high in protein, iron, and vitamins A, C, and E, such as lentils, nuts, leafy greens, and fruits. Incorporating stress-relieving practices like yoga and meditation can also help. For the pimples, which may indicate a localized imbalance, use a gentle, natural cleanser and consider herbal pastes made from turmeric and neem to reduce inflammation. Avoid processed foods, excessive sugar, and fried items, and instead focus on whole foods and hydration. Applying Aloe Vera gel or neem oil directly on the affected area can soothe the skin. Regarding your stomach problems, which are crucial for skin and hair health, try drinking herbal teas made from ginger or peppermint to aid digestion. Triphala can help regulate digestion, while smaller, more frequent meals that are easy to digest and spiced with cumin and fennel can enhance gut health.

Hi Recently I'm facing skin bump being added and hair loss issues. Could you please assist me and help to cure this asap

The presence of skin bumps along with hair loss can indicate underlying imbalances in Pitta and Kapha doshas in Ayurveda. Skin bumps may result from Pitta aggravation, leading to inflammation or heat in the body, while hair loss can stem from both Vata and Pitta imbalances, often exacerbated by stress, poor diet, or hormonal changes. For skin bumps, consider incorporating Neem and Tulsi in your diet, as both herbs have potent anti-inflammatory and purifying properties. Applying a paste of Multani Mitti (Fuller's earth) mixed with Rosewater can help soothe the skin and reduce bumps. For hair loss, using Bhringraj oil or Amla oil for regular scalp massages can nourish the hair follicles and stimulate growth. Internally, taking Amla powder or Triphala can strengthen hair and enhance skin health due to its rich Vitamin C content and antioxidant properties. Additionally, a Pitta pacifying diet that includes fresh fruits, green leafy vegetables, and whole grains while avoiding spicy, fried, and processed foods will support overall health. Ensuring you stay hydrated and managing stress through yoga or meditation can also greatly benefit your skin and hair. If you have experienced any changes in your diet, stress levels, or overall health recently, please share those details, as they can help refine the treatment approach further.
