Hello Ayushi, can you please specify what kind of digestive problem you are having currently also, have you done your haemoglobin and iron test? It is also important to do thyroid test and vitamin D, vitamin B 12. Here’s a comprehensive combined Ayurvedic guideline to address hair fall, whiteheads and pimples, and digestive issues, focusing on balancing your body holistically to resolve these interconnected problems. 1. Triphala: Supports digestion, detoxification, and overall health, helping both skin and hair. Dosage: Take 1 teaspoon of Triphala powder with warm water before bed daily. This will improve digestion, cleanse the colon, and remove toxins (ama), which can reduce hair fall and clear the skin. Neem (Azadirachta indica): Purifies the blood, reduces pimples, and supports liver health. Dosage: Take 1 teaspoon of Neem powder or a Neem capsule daily to detoxify the blood and reduce skin eruptions. Apply Neem paste (mix Neem powder with water) externally on pimples and whiteheads. Bhringraj (Eclipta alba): Best for hair fall and strengthening hair roots. It also supports liver health. External Application: Massage Bhringraj oil onto your scalp twice a week. Dosage: Take 1/2 teaspoon of Bhringraj powder with warm water daily for added hair benefits and internal detox. Turmeric (Haldi): Anti-inflammatory, it helps with digestion, liver function, and skin clarity. Dosage: Drink a pinch of turmeric mixed in warm water daily to reduce inflammation and promote skin health. External Use: Apply a turmeric and honey mask to the affected cheek for 15-20 minutes to reduce pimples and whiteheads. Ginger: Aids digestion, improves circulation, and reduces bloating or gas. Usage: Drink fresh ginger tea (boil ginger slices in water) 1-2 times daily to improve digestion and absorption of nutrients. 2. Dietary Guidelines (Combined Approach for All Concerns): Avoid: Spicy, oily, fried foods, excess sugar, and processed foods, as they can aggravate Pitta and worsen hair fall, skin issues, and digestion. Eat: Cooling foods: Include bitter and cooling foods like cucumber, leafy greens, bitter gourd, and melons to balance Pitta and improve digestion. Fiber-rich foods: Whole grains, lentils, and vegetables help regulate digestion and prevent constipation, which is crucial for skin health and reducing toxins that lead to hair fall. Healthy fats: Include moderate amounts of ghee and coconut oil for nourishment. Herbal Teas: Drink Cumin-Coriander-Fennel tea throughout the day to balance digestion and detoxify the system. Warm Water: Sip warm water throughout the day to aid digestion and flush out toxins. Probiotics: Include probiotic-rich foods like homemade yogurt or fermented foods to promote gut health, which directly impacts hair and skin.

It sounds like you're experiencing multiple issues, including hair loss, pimples on your right cheek, and stomach problems, which can be interconnected in Ayurveda. Hair loss may be linked to factors such as stress, hormonal changes, or nutritional deficiencies. To promote hair health, consider using nourishing oils like Bhringraj or Amla oil for scalp massages, as they strengthen hair follicles. Ensure your diet includes nutrient-rich foods high in protein, iron, and vitamins A, C, and E, such as lentils, nuts, leafy greens, and fruits. Incorporating stress-relieving practices like yoga and meditation can also help. For the pimples, which may indicate a localized imbalance, use a gentle, natural cleanser and consider herbal pastes made from turmeric and neem to reduce inflammation. Avoid processed foods, excessive sugar, and fried items, and instead focus on whole foods and hydration. Applying Aloe Vera gel or neem oil directly on the affected area can soothe the skin. Regarding your stomach problems, which are crucial for skin and hair health, try drinking herbal teas made from ginger or peppermint to aid digestion. Triphala can help regulate digestion, while smaller, more frequent meals that are easy to digest and spiced with cumin and fennel can enhance gut health.

It sounds like there's quite a bit going on – hair fall, skin issues on one cheek, and some stomach troubles. Let's see if we can untangle a bit of this. In Ayurveda, all these symptoms can sometimes be connected, often pointing towards an imbalance in something called doshas. Sounds complicated, but it basically refers to the energy patterns within you. You mention having hair fall. Many times, this can be linked to issues in your digestive system – or as we call it, agni, the digestive fire. A weak agni can mess with how well your body absorbs nutrients, which can affect hair health. Since you also mention stomach problems, I'm guessing they occur together. Consider starting by strengthening your digestive fire. Begin your day with a small piece of fresh ginger with salt and lemon juice; this might help spark up that agni. Whiteheads and pimples, especially if they're situated only on your right cheek, could indicate an imbalance in the pitta dosha. Pitta governs metabolism, so there's a connection again with stomach issues. To cool down your system, you might try sipping coriander tea or include more cooling foods like cucumber or coconut water in your diet – these are refreshing and calming. Lifestyle tweak? Just make sure you're not overloaded with stress or irregular sleep, as these both can upset your natural balance. For hair? A soothing oil massage with coconut or sesame oil might help. Gently massaging your scalp can improve blood flow. But don't overlook the need for a good diet, rich with iron and proteins like lentils, spinach, and amla (Indian gooseberry), which are great for strengthening hair. Try to stay away from spicy and excessively oily foods for now, as they could worsen both the pitta imbalance and your digestive symptoms. And, drink lots of water so everything keeps flowing smoothly. If things don't improve, don’t hesitate to reach out to someone for more specific, individualized care. Each body is unique; sometimes it takes a little more digging to find the perfect balance!
