●Manjistha (Rubia cordifolia) is considered an excellent blood purifier in Ayurveda. It is said to be useful in skin disorders because it helps balance the accumulated doshas in the body. According to modern science, it contains: Anthraquinones Purpurin Rubiadin which have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. ●Effects of Red Sandalwood Rakta Chandan In Ayurveda, red sandalwood is considered a skin-cooling and soothing remedy. It can help reduce redness and excessive heat. Scientifically, it contains natural anti-inflammatory compounds. ●Rose Water’s Function Rose water not only fragrances the skin, but also• Balances the skin’s pH Provides a mild antibacterial effect Provides hydration, leaving the skin feeling calmer and more balanced. ●Method of making the paste: Mix 1 teaspoon of Manjistha powder, 1/2 teaspoon of Raktachandan powder, and rose water as needed. Apply the paste to your face for 10-15 minutes. Then rinse with plain water. ●Ingredients:Yashtimadhu powder - 1 teaspoon Pure almond oil - 3-4 drops Raw milk - as needed Mix all three to form a smooth, semi-liquid paste. This consistency helps it spread evenly on the skin. ●How to Use. Cleanse face with plain water. Apply a thin layer of the paste. Let it dry for 15-20 minutes and then gently wash it off. 2-3 times a week is sufficient.
