Pain in the upper stomach and burning sensation at times...on and off.....have taken activated charcoal for the last two days but its not going away completley

●Asparagus - 1 part Kamdudha - 1 part Conch ash - 1/2 part Arrowroot - 2 parts These four together: Reduce acidity Soothe intestinal irritation Strengthen the colon Stabilizes vata
●How to consume this mixture: 1/2 teaspoon twice a day with a little lukewarm water, immediately after meals. This time is chosen because then the agni (fire) and digestive tract give the medicine the right direction.
●Flaxseed Tea: Boil 1 teaspoon of flaxseed in 1 cup of water, strain, and drink before bed. It: Soothes the intestines Reduces dryness of wind Soothes pain and cramps
●Isabgol -1 Teaspoon + Plain water - 1/2 cup This combination: Psyllium husk - 1 teaspoon 1 hour after dinner • Lubricates the intestinal lining. • Gives stools the proper shape. • Reduces gas, distension, and irritation. • Soothes colon sensitivity.
