Struggling with Abdominal Pain and Digestive Issues - #51525

Honourable Doctors here i giving short synopsis how it has started. In the year of 2020 my naval has been displaced, for several days i was in pain & constipation hence i consulted so many MBBS ..they gave so many medicine's but nothing worked ,later i consulted a traditional Dai( a woman who help to give birth in old day's) she adjusted the navel by doing massage and then i able to walk and do some work, but my left abdomen area looks swelled and heaviness always persist indigestion and constipation persist, i am not able to lift any weight as after that my left swelled area of abdomen start paining and indigestion and constipation become worse. i were fighting with this problem and in addition in 2024 i have been digonosed severe gastritis and then a chain of medication and doctor change continue till now.. multiple time endoscopy has been done and H.Pylori found and diagnosed IBS, 2 antibiotic therapy( in feb i completed quad therapy medication for H.Pylori), but still Constipation, indigestion, burning reflux, heavyness continues i always feel low, energy less, depression, anxiety, sleepless nights, irritating mood, always thinking super negative, sucidal thought due to bad health and pain.. waiting for your kind suggestion and help.
