For the past few weeks, I’ve been experiencing a burning sensation in my chest after meals, along with bloating and discomfort. I looked up my symptoms and found that it might be related to hyper acidity meaning in Ayurveda. But I don’t fully understand what causes it and how to treat it naturally. From what I read, hyper acidity meaning refers to an excess of Pitta (heat) in the stomach, leading to acid reflux and digestive issues. Some sources say that avoiding spicy foods and drinking coconut water can help, while others recommend Ayurvedic herbs like Amla, Mulethi, and Shatavari.
