Thyroid and weight loss - #1258

I have hypothyroidism since 4 years and mild pcod and mild Irritable bowel syndrome. Still I always used to get regular periods, only recently since 2-3 months my periods started to come 7-10 days late. My height is 5'3" And weight is 75 kg. I want to lose weight, I have started yoga recently and some healthy habits too. I want to take triphala churna and medohar guggulu to help me with weight loss. Can you recommend if I can take both together? And please also suggest me the dosage and how to start it to get maximum benefits? Shall I start taking medohar guggulu 1 tablet with warm water after lunch and triphala churna at night before bed time with warm water? Please also suggest me what I can do to aid my hormonal imbalance and weight loss.
