But, consuming yogurt and milk should be in moderation. Having them can sometimes clog digestion. You know, cause sluggishness and might aggravate your condition if digestion isn’t great.

Pitta and Vata are the doshas often acting up with hemorrhoids. So maintaining a good digestive fire is key. You might want to start your day with lukewarm water, add a pinch of lemon maybe. Also, Triphala powder taken with lukewarm water or honey can be a game-changer for keeping that digestive fire strong and supporting bowel movements.
