I have hyper acidity - #1422

I feel uneasiness above navel left side . Moreover pit Banta and then ghabraat hoti hai . Many times feels due to stress left side hyperacidty and once stomach good I.e no diaherra then everything IA fine. Presently swore taste hai.

To address this, try focusing on cooling and calming remedies. First up, your diet: opt for cool, non-spicy foods, staying away from oily and fried items. Foods that naturally cool pitta include cucumbers, melons, and leafy greens. Avoid tomatoes and hot spices, as they can irritate. It would be a good idea to eure you’re eating meals at regular times and avoid skipping meals, that can stoke digestion fire too much and lead to acidity.

Drinking a glass of warm water first thing in the morning with a pinch of baking soda might help neutralize that acid. Try having some aloe vera juice, a couple tablespoons diluted in water, as it’s known to soothe mucus linings and calm pitta.
