trying to eat healthier, and I’ve switched to having a lot more fruits throughout the day. However, I’ve noticed some digestive discomfort—like bloating and gas—especially after I eat certain fruit combinations. I’ve heard that Ayurveda suggests avoiding certain fruit pairings for better digestion, but I’m not sure which fruits I should avoid mixing together. For example, I sometimes eat apples with bananas or oranges with melons, but after doing so, I feel uneasy and sluggish. Can anyone explain which fruits should not be eaten together according to Ayurvedic principles? I’m looking to find combinations that are easier on my stomach and help improve my overall digestion.
