I am suffering from chronic bronchitis and stomach disorders like bloating flatulence gas, once I drink alcohol heavy but recent years i reduced and per day smoking 5 cigarette, but chronic wheezing nose block running nose indigestion etc

Spices like cumin, ajwain, hing, ginger, and fennel can help relieve gas and improve metabolism. Drinking warm water or herbal teas (cumin, coriander, and fennel tea) after meals can further support digestion. Taking Triphala churna (½ tsp with warm water at night) can help cleanse the gut and regulate bowel movements.

For lung health and congestion, Ayurveda recommends Sitopaladi churna with honey, which helps break down mucus and improve breathing. Hingvastak churna before meals (¼ tsp with warm water) can reduce bloating and aid digestion. So, really think about cutting down or, better yet, stopping altogether. It’s tough, but your lungs and stomach will seriously thank you.

Look into your diet – favor cooked, warm meals instead of raw foods, which might aggravate your stomach. Think moist and oily, like soups or khichadi, to soothe your digestive tract. Spices like cumin, fennel, and ginger can stoke your agni without inflaming it. Careful on the spicy side, though. And, small meals are great.
