Hair thinning despite transplant - #19168

Had hair fall problem since I was 22, transplanted hair twice when I was 25 and 28 but Transplanted hair also fallen down. Any remedy in Ayurvedic to treat such case, applying minoxidil with monthly GFC treatment but result is negative

You’ve been through quite the journey with your hair, it sounds tough. Transplanting wasn’t quite the fix, right? Now, you’re eyeing Ayurveda. Interesting! First off, we gotta dig into the real root of the issue, you know? Ayurveda sees hair thinning as a sign of aggravated Pitta dosha – heat in the body might be messing things up.

So, a good place to start is with your diet. Steer clear of the spicy, oily, or very sour stuff as these increase Pitta. Cool your system down with sweet, bitter, and astringent foods. Think cucumbers, melons, and leafy greens. Good, right? But easy with caffeine and alcohol too, they can, you know, throw fuel on the Pitta fire.

Then comes oiling. Regularly massage your scalp with cool, Pitta-calming oils – try Brahmi oil or Bhringraj oil. Gently, use your fingertips, like you’re pampering yourself not punishing. Do it 2-3 times a week, preferably before a shower and let the oil sit for at least 30 minutes.

Consider stress management, too. Stress might be silently stealing your peace and your hair. Practices like Yoga, meditation, or deep breathing can chill things out. Give it some time; these things take a little while.

Herbs, ah, Ayurvedic herbs like Amla, Shatavari, and Guduchi can help balance Pitta. Look for supplements, but find a trusted brand, don’t just grab anything off the shelf.

Your digestive fire (Agni) also plays a role. A herbal tea made from Cumin, Coriander, and Fennel seeds – a tsp each simmered for 5 mins, could support digestion.
