How can i regrow my hair to avoid baloness my hair is thining day by day and I don't know what to do about it makes me sick, please I need your help on what to do, what hair cream is the best for me i'm 31yr is too early for me to be bald i need your help, hair thining and balding no frontline anymore i'll be glad if you can provide a solution for me

So you’re dealing with hair thinning. Ugh, I know how frustrating that can be. Let’s dive straight into it. In Ayurveda, hair loss is often linked to imbalances in the Pitta dosha. And stress, diet, lifestyle—they can all mess with your Pitta. First up, let’s talk diet. Eating cooling foods like cucumber, watermelon, and lettuce can help. Avoid spicy, oily or heavy foods because they can aggravate Pitta. Try to drink plenty of water to keep hydrated.

But, hey, remember that diet change isn’t overnight magic. It’s more like… gradual improvement. Okay, now let’s talk about oils. They’re honestly the best when it comes to hair care in Ayurveda. A gentle head massage, two or three times a week using Bhringraj oil, coconut oil, or amla oil can help nourish the scalp and strengthen hair roots. Slightly warm the oil before applying.
