A few days ago, I started feeling a sharp pain in my lower right abdomen, and at first, I thought it might just be a stomach cramp or something I ate. I’ve read that appendicitis symptoms include severe pain in the lower right side, nausea, loss of appetite, and sometimes fever, all of which I’ve been experiencing.
