Whenever i go to resroom, first stool comes normally and in the last I feel some more stool inside so have to put pressure, when I eat a little fast food, next morning I feel irritated in anal and go to restroom 2-3 times.

For the constipation issues u can take Triphala kashayam 30ml in the night and in the morning can do some of the yogasanas like Pavanamuktaasana shashankaasana setubandha asana and 10 sets of sqwats

Aim to incorporate more fresh, balanced meals into your diet, focusing on whole foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins. Warm, slightly oily, and easily digestible foods are favorable for pacifying Vata dosha. Cooked apples, pears, or a warm vegetable stew can be nourishing as part of your daily routine.

Hydration plays a crucial role in regulating bowel movements. Drinking enough warm water throughout the day (not cold) can help. Start your morning with a glass of warm water infused with lemon or a pinch of salt to stimulate digestion. Ghee is another great option, a teaspoon in the morning on an empty stomach may help lubricate the intestinals and ease bowel movements.

Additionally, consider establishing a routine for meals, waking and sleeping schedule to regulate your body’s internal clock. Mild physical activities like walking or gentle yoga can further stimulate your digestion.
