Jab aap left side mein bhari pan mahsoos karte hain, to yeh kisi bhi underlying dosha imbalance ka nateeja ho sakta hai. Lekin, sabse pehle important hai ki kisi bi serious condition ko ruling out karein, to mein suggest karunga ki aap kisi qualified doctor se consult karein specially kyun ki symptoms heart-related bhi ho skte hain. Emergency care zaroori ho sakti agar heart-related symptoms jese ki severe chest pain ya difficulty in breathing aur bitsy irregular beats mehsoos ho.

Ab ayurvedic angle se dekhein, to aapke symptoms vata aur kapha dosha imbalance ko indicate kar sakte hain. Ab lifestyle pe focus karein. Regular massage karein sesame oil se, ye vata ko balance karta hai aur joint pain me relief din milti hai. Garam paani se snaan bhi beneficial ho sakta hai aapke liye. Gentle yoga aur pranayama jaise anulom-vilom bhi beneficial ho sakte hain, kyun ki ye dono dosh ko balance karte hain aur shwasan pranali ko majboot banate hain.

Achhi neend aur stress management ko bhi nazarandaz nahi karna chahiye. Garm doodh mein thoda sa jaiphal aur haldi mila kar peene se acha sapne la sakti hai. Aap pyar se aur aaram se left-side sone ki koshish karein jaise pillows ko adjust karke.
