Aapke pita jee ko jo takleef ho rahi hai, uska samadhan Ayurveda mein sambhav hai, magar pehle unki samasya ko behtar samjhna jaroori hai. Unke symptoms jise weakness, imbalance aur digestion issues ka zikr kiya gaya hai, yeh kapha aur vata dosha ke imbalance ki or sanket karte hain.

Sabse pehle, unke arrambhik ilaj ke liye kuch dietary aur lifestyle parivartan batata hoon:

1. Ahara: Inhe garam, pachtaak aur halka bhojan lena chahiye. Khichdi, moong dal, sabziyan jaise tori aur lauki, adrak aur jeera se bana kar khilayen. Doodh aur doodh se bane utpado ka sevan band kar dein, kyuki yeh kapha badhate hain. Unhe base bhojan me hamesha hing aur jeera ka prayog karna chahiye.

2. Pani ka sevan: Din bhar mein shital jal ki jagah halka garam paani peena laabhkari hoga, yeh agni ko badhata hai aur digestive system ko majbooti pradaan karta hai.

3. Jeevan shaili: Roj subah thoda exercise ya walk zaroor karaye, taki sharir ka balance sudhare aur sath me pranaayam aur deep breathing se stress kam ho. Unki neend ka dhyan rakhein, mein lagataar thakawat aur neend ka mehsus unki shayari kerap afrakrito pran teep ke karan bhi ho sakta hai.
