Research on Arogyavardhini Vati, especially its uses in Hindi because I've got some family back in India who are really into Ayurvedic stuff and I want to understand it better. I've been feeling kinda run down lately — you know, just drained and a bit low on energy, plus I've had some digestion issues. My auntie, who swears by this herbal medicine, said it could help! Like, she was going on and on about how Arogyavardhini Vati uses in Hindi has been part of our culture for generations, even therapeutic for such elements. But tbh, I’m confused here since I’ve seen so many conflicting things online. First off, I've read that it’s pretty good for detoxifying the liver. Is that really true? I mean, my liver could probably use a little TLC considering the snacks I’ve been munching on at night 😅. My aunt also mentioned it's used to balance the Doshas, especially Pitta, and I think my Pitta's been kinda outta whack – I get really irritable sometimes and have this annoying acidity! 😖 And how about weight management? I've heard people say that Arogyavardhini Vati uses in Hindi is also related to maintaining a healthy weight? I know that Ayurveda emphasizes dosha balance for maintaining weight, but like... what does that mean!? If I take this vati, how long before I can see a change? What does 'change' even look like, am I gonna feel super energetic, or will my digestive issues just magically evaporate? I found a few claims that it helps in skin issues too, bcuz for some reason, my skin has been behaving badly lately - like outta nowhere, zits popping up! It's really annoying. Ugh! 🤦‍♀️ So my question is, if it helps with skin problems, should I just take it as a food supplement, or do I have to mix it with something? And dose — do I have to take it 2 times a day or just once? I want to understand Arogyavardhini Vati better and its uses in Hindi wrt all of this. Also, should I be worried about any side effects?
