Left upper chest pain for a few months can be kinda concerning, especially with the things you mentioned. It’s often a signal from your body saying hey, something’s not right here, and needs a little taking care of. Combine that with things like a blocked bile duct, high triglycerides, fatty liver, and slightly high blood pressure, there’s definitely some things we need to unpack.

From an Ayurveda perspective, what you’re experiencing could be tied to an imbalance in your doshas, especially Pitta and Kapha. High triglycerides and fatty liver suggest your metabolism is sluggish, maybe due to a Kapha imbalance. Here’s where you start making small, consistent changes.

First things first, immediate medical attention for your bile duct is vital. Blockage there, it’s not something you wanna overlook! Please see a doc for that. Once handled, you can focus on dietary and lifestyle modifications with Ayurvedic principles in mind.

For the triglycerides and liver, lighten up your diet. Avoid fatty, oily foods, and include more bitter and astringent tastes. Think—green leafy veggies, turmeric, fenugreek seeds. You can juice some fresh amla (Indian gooseberry) every morning, mix with warm water. Sounds odd, but is actually helpful to lower triglycerides and support the liver.

Daily movement, even a brisk walk or some yoga, gets your blood moving and is super beneficial. Breaking a sweat helps remove toxins and supports fat metabolism.

Lastly, warm water with lemon first thing every morning keeps your liver happy, improves digestion or helps maintain a healthy weight. Little lifestyle quirks matter a lot. Keep an eye on BP, tune into your body, know every signal it gives, and, as always, check in with your healthcare provider.
