How to reduce the level of sugar in blood? - #21443

I'm 28 years old. Suddenly I tested positive for the blood sugar. The first AF level was 32. I take insulin Gensulin M30 (30/70) a bangladeshi medicine for controlling blood sugar as the advise of doctor. But I'm not satisfying with this and my sugar is nit controlling. I've pure faith on our precious ayurveda medicine. Please guide me to controll my sugar.

Avoid sugar and sugar processed food, maida, fried food, bekary food, fermented foods, more intake of tea or coffee Do yoga regularly Start with simple Surya namaskar Do pranayama atleast 15 mins daily Do walking regularly atleast 500 steps after each meal Take more water,more leafy green Veggies, more salad Take tab nishamalki 1 bd before food Dhanvantara kashaya 15 ml bd before food If possible visit the nearby panchakarma centre and take one course of Virechana karna or vamana karma

Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia) is something else to consider, it’s like a natural booster for the immune system and helps in lowering sugar when taken regularly.
