Aapki pachan kshamata kaisi hai, aur kya aapko kabz, acidity, ya pet mein gas ki samasya hoti hai? Kya aap sharirik vyayam karte hain, jaise yog ya halki kasrat ka koi niyamit hissa hai? Ek mahine ke liye aap ye aasan Ayurvedic routine follow kar sakte hain. Aahar mein taza, ghar ka bana hua bhojan karein aur spicy, fried, aur processed khane se bachein. Ghee, badam, aur khajoor ko apni diet mein shamil karein, aur din bhar garam paani ya herbal chai (adrak/sounf wali chai) peete rahein. Ashwagandha (½ tsp garam doodh ke saath do baar) aur Triphala (1 tsp garam paani ke saath raat ko) lein, jo stress kam karne aur digestion ko sudharne mein madad karega. Rozana halki kasrat ya yoga karein aur Pranayama jaise Nadi Shodhana 10 minute ke liye karein. 7-8 ghante ki aaraamdayak neend zaroori hai aur sone se pehle electronic devices na karein.

Pehli cheez, oiling is really important for dry hair. You can use sesame oil (til tel) ya phir almond oil (badam tel). Kyunki inka warm nature hota hai, they help balance vata. Week mein do se teen baar laga ke dhyaan rakh sakte ho.

Aapki dry aur dull skin ke liye, ek simple upay hai – pure coconut oil ko halka garam karke, raat ko face pe lagana. Ye aapki skin ko moisturize karega aur gaddein (pimples) bhi theek ho sakti hain. Chehre ko gentle herbal face-wash se dhona zaroori hai, jo chemical-free ho, jaise neem aur tulsi wala face wash.

Diet par thoda focus karein – warm, well-cooked food khana beneficial hai. Spicy, fried food avoid karke ghee aur suhag meat include karein balance ke liye. Is temperament mein harsh food avoid karein, jaise dry fruits ka excess aur caffeine.

Yoga aur pranayama bhi vata balance karne mein madadgar hai, jaise Anulom Vilom aur Bhramari. Ye stress reduce karta hai jo hair fall ka ek hidden reason hota hai.

Pimple aur gaddein jo aapko parishan kar rahi hain, uske liye ek neem aur haldi ka paste bana ke lagana beneficial hota hai. Neem ki pattein ko pees ke usmein haldi milake face pe lagayein, ye natural antiseptic hai.
