I am dealing with some kinda serious digestion problems lately – like bloating, gas, and just feeling off after meals. It's weird because I used to have a strong stomach! Now I'm finding it hard to enjoy food, y'know? Plus, I have these waves of tiredness that come over me outta nowhere, and it’s really been dragging me down! I've been doing some reading, and I stumbled upon ayurvedic powder. I heard it could help with gut health? Like, I found this one that has triphala in it, and people rave about its benefits! But then I got confused – is ayurvedic powder the right way to go for me? Does it take a long time to notice results? I really don’t want to keep feeling like this. Is there any specific type of ayurvedic powder you’d recommend for digestion? Some say it can also boost energy levels, but I’m a bit sceptical. I mean, can it really make me feel better? I guess I'm just nervous about trying something new 'cause my usual tricks haven't been working... If anyone has experience with ayurvedic powder for digestion issues, share your stories pleeease!
