I am trying to learn more about abhayarishta uses and how it might help me. So, I’ve been dealing with some digestive issues, and a friend mentioned that abhayarishta could help. It’s supposed to help with digestion and has, like, a bunch of uses, right? I’ve read that abhayarishta uses include, like, treating constipation and even boosting liver health, but I’m not sure how true all of that is. I’ve been feeling bloated and kinda sluggish, plus I’ve had these random cravings for sweets. Like is it all connected? My friend said they took it before and felt so much better but did they really? I’m worried about trying things without really understanding them, especially since I’ve been on medication for other issues. So, what exactly are the abhayarishta uses, and how might it work for someone like me? Any side effects I should be aware of, or any specific dosages? I heard that it can also support appetite, which could be good for me since I haven’t felt much like eating lately. Like, does it taste bad?
