I am really struggling with digestion issues lately and my friend suggested I try Anuloma DS. I’ve been dealing with this bloat and irregular bowel movements for months! I mean, it’s so uncomfortable. I sometimes feel like I ate a brick instead of food, it’s awful! Anyway, I looked up Anuloma DS and it seems like it could be helpful for my situation... but I'm also a bit skeptical. Does it really work? My cousin swears by it and said it helped her, but I need some real advice here. Are there any side effects I should be worried about? I can't take just anything given that I’ve tried a bunch of stuff already and haven't really seen a huge change. I’m really hoping Anuloma DS could help me out! Also, how often do I need to take it? I’ve seen different recommendations online and I'm confused. And what about its ingredients? Are they safe? I don’t wanna end up taking something that might clash with other things I’m taking. Any tips about Anuloma DS would be greatly appreciated!
