I am feeling pretty lost these days with digestion issues. It’s been tough, honestly. So, my friend suggested trying something called ajmodadi churna. I never really heard of it before. But then I did some reading, and it seems like this ajmodadi churna has some amazing uses, especially related to digestion. I get bloated a lot, and sometimes there’s discomfort that just doesn’t go away. Is anyone familiar with ajmodadi churna uses? I’m wondering if it can really help with gas and that heavy feeling after meals. It would be nice to have an option that's more natural, ya know? I read it may help with things like flatulence too, which sounds like a miracle. I've tried everything from changing my diet to different over-the-counter meds, and nothing seems to do the trick, so I'm just curious about how ajmodadi churna works. Maybe it balances the doshas?
