For the past six months, I’ve felt low on energy, and I don’t know if it’s because of my lifestyle or something else. I’m 25 and single, and I’ve been masturbating regularly—almost every day, sometimes twice. A friend mentioned that doing it too often can lead to weakness and imbalance in the body according to Ayurveda, especially if you don’t eat properly or overthink a lot. I eat a vegetarian diet, but my digestion isn’t great. I also feel my focus has reduced at work, and I wake up feeling tired even after 7–8 hours of sleep. Could all this be connected to my habit? Does Ayurveda view masturbation as harmful if done frequently? Are there herbs, foods, or lifestyle changes that can help restore energy and focus?
