I am a bit worried about my digestion and I’ve been exploring various remedies. I recently came across something called Abhyaristh, and I've heard that it has some good uses, but I'm not really sure how it works. So here's my situation – I’ve been feeling bloated and uncomfortable after meals for months now. I tried changing my diet and even went to the doctor, but they just suggested over-the-counter meds, which haven’t helped much.
