I am really confused about this whole thing with hajmola benefits. So a few weeks ago, I started noticing that my digestion was off. I felt bloated after meals and, honestly, sometimes it was really uncomfortable. I mentioned it to a friend and they brought up hajmola, saying it could help, which led me to research its benefits. I found that hajmola is supposed to be good for digestion, right? But I'm not sure how to take it or what the real benefits are. I tried having a couple of the tablets after my meals, but I'm not clear if I'm doing it right. Do the hajmola benefits really extend beyond just digestive relief? I've also heard it could improve appetite and metabolism, but is that true for everyone? I've been inconsistent with it, mainly because I forget. And now, I'm worried that it might not work at all because of that. I'm just looking for some advice, like how long does it usually take to see the hajmola benefits kick in?
