I am really trying to figure some stuff out with my digestion lately. So, I’ve been feeling super bloated and have this weird irregularity in my bowel habits for weeks now. I had to think back—could it be what I’ve been eating? I’ve tried everything, even cutting out gluten and dairy, but nothing seems to work! A friend mentioned avipattikar churna benefits, like it's some miracle powder that can help with digestive issues. I honestly haven't heard much about it before. Should I really give it a shot? I've read it might help with constipation and gas, and I’ve got both happening right now! Would it be okay to take this if I'm having these symptoms? I've also got some mild acidity. Does avipattikar churna benefits extend to that too? It’s so frustrating, I just wanna feel normal again and not like a balloon all the time!
