I am really struggling with some digestive issues lately. Like, for the past few months, I’ve been experiencing bloating and irregular bowel movements, it’s so frustrating! A friend suggested I try amruthotharam kashayam, but honestly, I don't know much about it. Has anyone had success with amruthotharam kashayam? I’m also worried if it can interact with my other meds, since I take some for anxiety. I just want to feel better and not be so bloated all the time! Any tips on how to use amruthotharam kashayam effectively would be super helpful! Thanks!!!
