I am really struggling with this nasty bloating and digestive stuff lately, and I just came across the term "oma water." My friend mentioned it, saying it's supposed to help with digestion, but I have no clue what it actually is. I’ve been feeling super uncomfortable, like my stomach is always full or gassy, and I’m tired of it. I try to eat well but honestly, that doesn’t seem to be doing much anymore. So, can anyone explain what oma water is, how I can make it, and what the benefits really are? I’m kinda desperate for something to ease this bloating, ugh!
