SO CURRENTLY -YOUR HEART IS STILL AT RISK,ESPECIALLY IF BLOOD PRESSURE, SUAGR OR CHOLESTROL ARE NOT CONTROLLED -THE HEART MUSCLE IS WEAKER THAN NORMAL -YOU MAY FEEL TIRED,HEAVY IN THE CHEST,SHORTNESS OF BREATH, OR ANXIOUS.

Additionally hridayamrit vati can be taken— but they must be selected based upon your strength, pulse, and digestion Please share your BP pulse rate, sleep, appetite, and emotional state, so I can guide you more precisely with a personalised plan

Having experienced a heart attack and having undergone a procedure to place a stent, it is essential to prioritize your heart’s health and ensure you manage your condition correctly. While financial constraints can be challenging, it’s crucial not to delay seeking essential medical treatments, as they could be lifesaving. I urge you to continue following up with your healthcare provider regarding any further procedures that might be necessary.

When it comes to integrating Ayurveda into your treatment plan, there are a few approaches you can consider that may help support your cardiovascular health. Arjuna (Terminalia arjuna) is well-known in Ayurveda for its beneficial effects on heart health, thanks to its cardio-protective properties. You can take Arjun churna or capsules as a supplement, but ensure you’re doing so under the guidance of a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner or healthcare provider to avoid interactions with prescribed medications.

In addition to Arjuna, maintaining a heart-healthy diet and lifestyle is pivotal. Focus on eating fresh, intelligently-cooked green vegetables, whole grains, and fruits like pomegranate. Avoid excessive spicy food, deep-fried snacks, and sweets, as they can aggravate heart-related ailments.

Physical activity suitable to your condition, such as gentle yoga or daily walking, can improve circulation and reduce stress, which is crucial after a heart event. Again, always consult your doctor before starting any new exercise routine.

Mindful practices like meditation or pranayama (breathing exercises) can be greatly beneficial for managing stress, a significant factor in heart disease. Just a few minutes daily can make a profound difference over time.

Ensure you avoid tobacco and limit alcohol intake, as these can further burden your heart health.

Remember, while Ayurvedic remedies and lifestyle changes can support your treatment plan, they aren’t replacements for the necessary medical care you need. Regular check-ups with your healthcare provider are absolutely essential. If signs of worsening conditions emerge, seek medical attention immediately.
