I’ve heard a lot of positive things about Ayurveda’s holistic approach to health, from balancing your doshas to its emphasis on diet, lifestyle changes, and natural healing practices. However, as a beginner, I’m feeling a little overwhelmed by the vast amount of information available. I’ve heard that Ayurveda has a lot of depth and can be very personal based on your body type, so I want to start my learning on the right foot. I’m wondering if anyone could recommend the best books on Ayurveda for beginners. I don’t know where to start or what is a reliable source of information. I’ve seen a few books pop up here and there, but I want to ensure that I’m getting solid information that aligns with the true principles of Ayurveda. I’m looking for something that’s both educational and easy to digest, especially since I don’t have a background in alternative medicine or holistic healing.
