I am really concerned about something I've been hearing lately. So, I started taking Mukta Vati for my high blood pressure after reading all these articles on its benefits and stuff, but now a friend told me that it could actually be dangerous. I've never had any big health issues before, just the regular stress from life, you know? My blood pressure readings were around 140/90, but now I feel a bit dizzy and sometimes my heart races like crazy. Is Mukta Vati dangerous for someone like me? What should I do if I'm feeling these symptoms? Should I stop taking it right away? Just feeling kinda lost here.

Your experience of dizziness and heart racing might indicate that Mukta Vati alone – or in the dosage you’re taking – might not be suitable for you or that there could be an underlying dosha imbalance or issue that needs addressing.

First, let’s pause with Mukta Vati until we investigate further. It’s crucial not to continue any herbal supplement when you’re experiencing adverse symptoms. The dizziness and racing heart could indeed be concerning; they could be caused by an interaction between the herbs in Mukta Vati and your body’s constitution (prakriti) or even other medications you might be taking.

Since you mentioned stress, it’s also worth considering how stress may be influencing your blood pressure and symptoms like heart racing.
