I am really confused about how to take triphala churna. A few weeks ago, I read about it online, and I've been trying to incorporate it into my daily routine. But I’m not sure if I'm doing it right. Like, should I take it before meals or after? I've just been mixing a teaspoon in water and downing it like a shot, but I heard some people make a tea with it instead. And then there's talk about taking it with honey or warm water too! I've been having some digestive issues since last year, and I'm seriously hoping triphala churna can help, but now I’m second-guessing everything. Any tips on how to take triphala churna for best results?
