Been getting into Ayurveda recently and really want to learn more about it, especially the basics like doshas, diet tips, and some simple home remedies. I’m mostly interested in understanding how Ayurveda can help with everyday stuff, like digestion, sleep problems, and managing stress. I’ve been feeling pretty bloated and sluggish lately, and my sleep schedule is all over the place. Hoping to find a book that covers diet tips and lifestyle advice that I can start using right away. I don’t have a lot of time for reading super long chapters or complicated theories, so something simple and practical would be awesome.
