I am struggling with some digestive issues and heard that aloe vera could help! So, I started drinking some aloe vera juice a few days ago. I thought I was doing it right, but now I kinda feel confused about how much aloe vera juice to drink daily. Like, I started with a small shot in the morning, then I tried adding more, but my stomach’s been a bit weird, and I'm not sure if it’s too much or the right amount. I remember reading somewhere that too much can actually mess things up, right? My friend said she drinks like a cup each day, but is that even okay?? I really want to get the benefits without overdoing it. Also, the brand I bought is super concentrated... so that might be a factor too, I dunno! How much aloe vera juice is actually safe to drink every day? I could really use some guidance here.
