I am 30 years old, but I appear much younger—around 15 years. I am very thin, my voice is high-pitched (similar to a female voice), and there are no signs of typical adult male development. I have undergone general medical tests, and all reports have come back normal. I would like to understand if this could be due to a hormonal imbalance or an underlying endocrine or genetic condition. Please advise on the next steps or specific tests (e.g., hormone profile, karyotyping, etc.) to identify the cause.
