I am really curious about whether is papaya good for liver health. Lately, I've been feeling sluggish and a bit off, and my doctor mentioned my liver function isn’t looking great. I’ve started to eat healthier, and I heard that is papaya good for liver detox or overall function. I read somewhere that papaya can help with digestion and maybe even clear toxins, but I'm not quite sure how it all connects. Last week, I tried making a smoothie with papaya, and honestly, I kinda loved its taste. But can eating it regularly, like in smoothies or just fresh, actually help boost liver health? I also noticed some more bruising on my skin, which I’ve been told can be a sign of an underlying issue. Should I combine papaya with other foods? Or are there specific ways that I should be preparing it to get the best benefits? Just trying to get my head around all this health stuff, any thoughts? Would love to hear from ya'll!
