I am really confused about these carom seeds! A few weeks ago, my friend suggested I try them for digestive issues that just won't go away. I have been having bloating and gas after meals, and it’s been super uncomfortable. Even my doctor said it might be something I could fix naturally, so here I am! I bought some carom seeds and added them to my cooking as per my friend’s advice, but honestly, I don't know if I'm using them right. What is carom seeds supposed to do exactly? Is there a specific way I should be preparing them or consuming them? I heard they can help with weight loss too, but that feels like too much to hope for right now. Also, how long should I expect to wait to see any kind of relief? I'm still searching for answers and getting a bit frustrated. If anyone has experience with carom seeds for digestion or other uses, I would really appreciate tips!
