I am dealing with some digestive kinda issues lately, and my friend mentioned this thing called probiotic curd. Honestly, I kinda brushed it off at first, but it keeps popping up everywhere. Like, what is probiotic curd? Is it really that special? I’ve been feeling bloated and gassy after meals, and earlier this week, I had this awful upset stomach after eating dairy. I’ve tried cutting back on milk products, but I’ve read probiotic curd could help balance things out. My aunt swears by it, saying it totally transformed her gut health. She mentioned how what is probiotic curd can be a game-changer for gut flora or something. But how do I know it's the right fit for me? Can you mix it with fruits or should I just eat it plain?
