I am really confused about what I should be eating, especially since I've read so many conflicting things! For the past few months, I’ve been dealing with some weird liver issues. Lots of tests, and they tell me everything is borderline but who really knows. My doc said to eat healthy, and I’m trying, but now I’m hearing people say that I should really cut out dairy — like curd and stuff. But I've always loved curd, ya know? Like, is curd good for liver health? I’ve read that curd has probiotics and that could be beneficial, but then again, I also heard that dairy can be heavy for the liver sometimes. It's so much info and I don’t know what to believe. Eating healthy is so hard! Do I really have to give up my curd, or is there a way to include it? Anyone else have experience with dietary changes and liver stuff? Would love some advice!
