I am really confused about whether is zandu pancharishta good for fatty liver. A few weeks ago, I started feeling super bloated all the time, and my doctor suggested I get some tests done. The blood tests came back showing my liver enzymes were elevated, and I learned I have fatty liver. Since then, I’ve been really looking into natural remedies, and I stumbled upon this Zandu Pancharishta thing. I read that it's supposed to help with digestion and liver support, right? Really, is zandu pancharishta good for fatty liver, especially for someone like me who doesn't want to rely solely on medication? I've been trying to eat healthier and cut out junk, but I'm not sure if adding this will actually make a difference or just be another thing that doesn’t work. Does anyone have experience with it? How long before I might notice any changes? I'm really hoping to improve this situation without making it worse, ya know?
