I am struggling with some really frustrating issues lately. A few months back, I started feeling super anxious and losing weight – like, 10 pounds in just a couple of weeks, no joke! I went to the doctor and turns out I have hyperthyroidism. Since then, I’ve been on medication, but I feel like it’s not enough. I’m still experiencing those shaky hands and heart palpitations. It’s really annoying because I’m trying to focus at work, you know? I keep hearing about natural methods and I wonder “how to control hyperthyroidism” with Ayurveda since I’ve been feeling quite drawn to holistic approaches. I read a bit about how certain herbs and dietary changes can help balance things out, but I'm kinda lost on the details and what specific things I should try. Anyone here had success with lifestyle changes or natural remedies? Any advice would be awesome, especially about what foods to eat or avoid. Just feeling desperate to get this under control, y'know?
