I am really confused about what to eat, like, I’ve been having these loose motions for a few days now and it’s really starting to get on my nerves. My mom suggested making poha since it’s light and easy to digest, but I’m not sure if that’s a good idea?? I mean, can we eat poha in loose motion? I feel like I need something, but every time I try eating solid foods, it just feels off. The last time I tried something heavier, it didn’t end too well...ugh. Anyway, poha sounds good, right? I heard it’s good for your stomach and can help with digestion or whatever, but I also read somewhere that certain foods can make things worse. Should I just stick to something bland like plain rice or toast instead? I dunno, just trying to figure this all out before I make it worse. Would love any advice from you guys on this, especially if you have suggestions for easy meals or things to avoid while dealing with this mess.
