I am feeling really confused lately about this whole thing with digestive health and came across harad. I’ve been dealing with some serious bloating and, honestly, it’s driving me crazy! My aunt swears by all these natural remedies, and she mentioned that harad could help with digestion issues. But like, what is harad exactly? My friend tried taking it, and said it helped her feel lighter right away, but I've seen mixed things online. Some people say it can be harsh on your stomach, but others rave about its benefits! Can I get some clarity on what is harad and how it works? Like, is it an herb, or what? I’d love to know if I can just add it to my diet or if there are specific ways to take it for the bloating.
