I am really confused about something and could use some advice. I’ve been dealing with some liver issues lately and a friend suggested that eating yogurt might help. But like, I don’t know if that's true or if it’s just one of those old wives’ tales, ya know? I read that yogurt is packed with probiotics and other good stuff, and I keep hearing people say "is yogurt good for liver repair?" But then I wonder, could it actually make a difference? I tried incorporating yogurt into my diet over the last month, but my docs haven’t really mentioned it much during my appointments. I’m getting mixed signals. Some say dairy is bad when your liver is acting up, while others say the healthy bacteria in yogurt are essential for gut health and could be beneficial for the liver too. Like, does that even make sense? I’m starting to feel overwhelmed trying to figure out what to eat. If you have any thoughts or experiences on if yogurt is good for liver repair or how you manage liver health with food, I would really appreciate it!

Ultimately, while yogurt can indirectly support liver health through gut health, it’s vital to consider how it fits into your overall diet and lifestyle, especially if balance is needed in the Pitta dosha.
